Return Policy
We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how it works:
✅ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Notes:
- Items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned through the store where they were purchased.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defect or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item without tracking.
- Make sure to include your name and contact information in the shipment.
📦 How to Start a Return

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Sale items: If eligible, you'll be refunded the amount you paid at checkout.
⏳ Haven’t seen your refund?
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process it. If it’s been more than 10 business days since our confirmation email, feel free to reach out at support@symbiosisgear.com.
🛠️ Warranty & Defects
All Symbiosis Gear products are guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 days from receipt under normal use. If your item fails or arrives with a defect, please email support@symbiosisgear.com with photos. Please don’t discard the item until we’ve reviewed the issue.
If you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the cost to make it right—just contact us and we’ll handle the rest.

🎁 Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once we receive the return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver, they’ll receive the refund.
