Warranty
All Symbiosis Gear products are warranted, to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, Symbiosis Gear will replace or repair the product free of charge at our discretion. Damages due to improper use, accidents, or general wear and tear, are considered repairs and are not covered by warranty.
Please note that whether you’re home or on the trail, the cost of shipping your backpack to Symbiosis Gear is your responsibility.
All packs returned for warranty issues MUST be recently cleaned. If a pack is received and has not been cleaned, a $30 cleaning fee will be charged.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
Products that have been modified, neglected, or for commercial purposes such as rental, courier, police, security, etc., misused or abused, involved in accidents or anything other than normal use
Symbiosis Gear products purchased from an unauthorized dealer
Symbiosis Gear products purchased from third-party internet sites, including auction websites, and regional trading websites (examples: Amazon, eBay, and Craigslist) are not covered under this warranty, even if you have a receipt

This limited warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of Symbiosis Gear, and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Symbiosis Gear product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Symbiosis Gear products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. In no event shall Symbiosis Gear be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from a breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise with respect to our products except as set forth herein. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights and other rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THESE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Repairs and Tune-ups
We offer tune-ups and repairs on all Symbiosis Gear backpacks. We are happy to repair damage caused by accidents, wear and tear, and improper use for a reasonable fee.
Always keep in mind that lightweight packs require the same care as any other lightweight piece of gear; dropping your loaded pack on the ground, picking it up by the shoulder straps rather than the haul loop, or checking it as luggage can shorten the life of your pack. Treat your pack gently and it will reward you with many years of service.
The cost of shipping your backpack to Symbiosis Gear is your responsibility. Return times on repairs varies as packs with significant damage may require us to replace entire panels. Please contact us to discuss cost and timeframes for your packs repairs or tune-up before shipping your pack.
